Tuesday to Saturday, 4 nights. 4* Hotel
Tuesday: Arrival to Tromso
Evening flight from London*
Individual arrival to a centrally located 4* hotel
Wednesday: Northern Lights Adventure trip
Optional activities or time to explore Tromso before you will be picked up at your
hotel in the evening for a 4 hour Northern Lights/Aurora trip. Including a traditional,
local dinner.
Thursday: Tromso + Arctic Gourmet Dinner
Optional activities or time to explore Tromso before you enjoy an
Arctic, 5 course gourmet dinner based on excellent local products at
Emma's famous, tiny gourmet restaurant. Welcome drink included
Friday: Northern Lights trip w. dog sledding
Optional activities during the day*, then an escorted Northern Lights
evening trip with dog sledding
and a traditional Sami meal in a lavvo/Sami tent.

Afternoon flight to London*
Tromso - The best place to see the Northern Lights:
The Arctic city of
Tromso, known as "the Paris of the North", is ideally located in the middle of
the
Aurora/Northern Lights zone.
The Northern Lights; nature's own light show, are solar
winds that meet the atmosphere in a zone around the magnetic North Pole, forming
arches, waves and curls of light moving across the sky, with sudden rays of
light shooting down from space.
The Northern Lights activity takes place all year in all types of weather.
However, to actually see the lights, the weather has to be dark and clear (no
guarantee!). In Tromsų it is dark between August and April, with the main
Northern Lights season from November to April. The Northern Lights are visible
from the afternoon until the middle of the night.
