After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel, make your way to the airport for your two-hour flight to Tromsø. Upon arrival in Tromsø, take in the scenery and immerse yourself in the unique charm of the city. You'll find the Scandic Ishavshotel conveniently located, where you can securely store your luggage before setting out to explore.
In the evening, you have a culinary experience at Emma's, a renowned restaurant offering an Arctic gourmet dinner. A six-course dinner showcasing the finest local ingredients and culinary creativity sets the stage for the adventures to come. As the night unfolds, head to the port just before midnight to embark on your unforgettable cruise journey aboard the esteemed Hurtigruten or Havila ship. Journey from Bergen to Oslo - Norway in a Nutshell® Experience
Your day begins with a scenic train ride from Bergen to Voss, where you'll transfer to a connecting bus that will take you to the dramatic Gudvangen valley. Upon arrival in Gudvangen village, board a boat for a mesmerizing 2-hour fjord cruise along the narrow Nærøyfjord and the Aurlandsfjord.
Disembark in Flåm village, where you will board the world-famous Flåm Railway for an unforgettable 1-hour journey through stunning landscapes. Wind your way through lush valleys and glistening rivers as you ascend from sea level to the mountain station of Myrdal.
At Myrdal, join the main Bergen Line, which will take you across the scenic Hardangervidda mountain plateau and through the picturesque Hallingdal valley on your final leg to Oslo. Arrive in Oslo in the evening and check-in at a centrally located hotel. The tour ends after breakfast and check-out from the hotel next morning.

Here you´ll find answers to some of the most common questions we get asked.
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required. This deposit is refundable only if we are unable to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 65 days before departure for tours including a cruise with Hurtigruten or Havila Voyages, and 45 days before departure for all other tours. If you book within 65 or 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
No. This is specified under "this trip includes" for each individual tour. Breakfast is included at the hotels, but additional meals are specified.
All major credit cards are accepted on board. At Hurtigruten you can register for a cruise card when checking in, which you can use for the entire trip. The final bill will be charged at check out.
Yes, if the ship is in port for 30 minutes or more, we would recommend you to disembark.
For the best time for winter activities, we recommend traveling from mid-November to the end of March. The summer in Norway is beautiful and best enjoyed from May to the end of September.
